AIBE 2021 Application forms have been released. The last date to fill up the application form is 3rd December 2020. The examination date has been postponed. The examination of AIBE 2021 will be held on 24th January 2021. This examination is organized to check a lawyer’s capability to practice the profession of law in the country. After qualifying, this exam ‘Certificate of Practice’ is provided to the lawyer. It is being provided by the Bar Council Of India. AIBE 2021 Important Dates
I have already started the online registration for AIBE on 16th May 2020. The online registration will close on 3rd December 2020. Bank Payment through Challan started on 16 May 2020. The last date of submission of the form is 15th December 2020. The admit card will release on 5th January 2021 and the date of examination is 24th January 2021.
AIBE Registration
The registration is the first step for filling up the form. It will be done in the online mode. Candidates are advised to fill up the application forms correctly and upload the scanned image and signature in the prescribed format in the application forms. Any document uploaded without attestation will be rejected.

Registration Fee 2021
The application fee for SC/ST will be Rs 2650 and the fee for General /OBC will be Rs 3560. Candidates can pay the fee through online mode. The fee once submitted will not be refunded back. AIBE 2021 syllabus given below.
AIBE 2021 Eligibility Criteria
- The applying candidate should be an Indian
- There are no upper or lower age limit criteria to appear in the examination.
- Candidates must have passed a 3 or 5-year bachelor’s degree in LLB from any recognized university.
- Applying candidates must have enrolled with their respective State Bar Council.
AIBE 2021 Exam Pattern
- Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through offline (OMR) mode.
- Language: Candidates can choose 11 languages for attempting the examination.
- Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination.
- Number of Questions: There will be a total of 100 questions.
- Duration of Exam: The exam will be of 3 hours.

AIBE 2021 Syllabus
The examination will include topics from evidence act, the law of torts including motors, law related to taxation, intellectual property laws, the law of contracts, specific relief, properties laws, negotiable instrument act, land acquisition act, cyber law, environmental law, public interest litigation, company law, Labour and industrial law, professional ethics and cases of professional misconduct under BCI rules, alternative dispute Redressal, Indian panel code, criminal procedure code and code of civil procedure.
AIBE 2021 Admit Card
The official authority will release the admit card online. The date of the release of the admit card will be announced soon. The test center, date of examination, and time of examination will be published on the admit card only. Candidates are advised to carry the admit card with them on the day of examination.

AIBE 2021 Answer Key
The answer key will be published by the official authority some days after the examination. The provisional answer key will be released first and then candidates will be allowed to file objection regarding the answer key. The final answer key release date will be announced very soon.
AIBE Result 2021
The result will be published by the authority online. Candidates will be able to check their results by entering their roll number and date of birth.
AIBE Certificate 2021
